Noteworthy Information

Returns & Warranty

We do not accept returns or refunds for any item custom ordered from us. Once an item has been shipped, the customer is responsible for it. It is recommended to mount all wiring harnesses away from heat and moisture.

Any Aftermarket custom item voids the factory Warranty. Headlights or tail lights that get moisture in them will be fixed for no cost up to 3 months after receiving them. Aftermarket LED strips, demon eyes, or DRL boards have up to a year warranty (more depending on the product) from the manufacturer and will be replaced if need be. The customer is responsible for ALL shipping costs. 

Build Time

We do not hold any stock of products. Therefore, once an order is placed and payment is received, the parts and supplies will be ordered and may have a wait time of up to approx 2-4 weeks before receiving, depending on the item(s). After all, parts are in, build time can range from 1-5 days to completion, depending on the order. 

What Do RGBW and Switchback Mean?

RGBW means over 1 million different colour options plus a true white (6k) tone option. 

SWITCHBACK means white running light and amber blinker for the turn signal

We can also do other Vehicles!

We can also build headlights and tail lights for other vehicles not listed in the shop! Contact us for your inquiries, and you will receive a quote within 1-3 business days. 

Payment

All pricing on the website is in CAD (Canadian dollars). Payment can be made through interact E-Transfer sent to: Contactbwcustoms@gmail.com or through PayPal checkout.

Please check with your local guidelines and laws for operating products on public roads, as many of the products we sell are designed for off-road use only. Additionally, BW Customs is not responsible for lost or stolen items after shipment. The customer is responsible for requesting shipping insurance if wanted.
